Orders take 1-2 business days to personalize and process, and 3-5 business days to ship within the continental US. We ship via UPS ground.If you live nearby and would like to place your order online, but come into our retail store to pick it up, you may. Select the "in store pickup" option durning checkout. You will be prompted to provide a billing address, and your card will be charged for your purchase, but no charge will be added for shipping. In store pickup orders will be ready 72 hours after the order is placed. Rush service is available, please call store for details.
